EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTIO

The universal aseptic filling machine for large and small bags is developed and manufactured by our company in combination with German technology. It is suitable for filling 1-220L aseptic bags, it is mainly composed of aseptic filling head, metering system, roller conveying system or filling platform, man-machine interface, PLC control system and Operation Platform. Special for 1-220L aseptic bag filling. High temperature and positive pressure are always maintained in the filling chamber by means of steam injection. Aseptic bag mouth sterilization, opening, filling and sealing are completed in aseptic environment. Equipped with condensate water collection device to avoid condensation water dripping phenomenon. The equipment is widely used in fruit juice, jam, fruit pulp, dairy, chemical industry.

MAIN FEATURES OF EQUIPMENT

◆In addition to motor, electrical configuration and soft connection, are made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel.

◆Suitable for filling bags of different sizes (1-220L) to make the production more flexible.

◆According to different materials have two kinds of metering options: weighing metering and flowmeter metering, accurate metering.

◆The movable joint of material pipeline is protected by steam barrier, and the filling chamber is sterilized by steam, which can keep aseptic state continuously and ensure filling safety.

◆According to the size of the filling volume flexible switch the use of roller conveyor or filling platform;

◆Equipped with condensate water collection device to avoid condensation water dripping phenomenon;

◆The design of the bag-clamping mouth is reasonable, the clamping cover and the pulling cover are accurate, the bag-clamping mouth is not injured, and the equipment runs smoothly;

◆Equipment is divided into single-head and double-head structure, according to the output and filling volume of single bag flexible choice of equipment.

◆General purpose aseptic filling machine for large and small bags has some limitations. The output is best limited to 1.5 tons/hour. Please choose carefully.
