Bib box bag aseptic filling machine is our company combined with German technology for 1-50L small package development of small bag aseptic filling machine, it mainly consists of aseptic filling system, metering system, man-machine interface and PLC control system, operating platform and conveying system. The packing bag adopts aluminum-plastic compound aseptic bag. The sterilized material is opened, moved and pressed by manipulator in the sterile room, and the whole filling process is finished in the sterile state. Widely used in fruit juice, jam, dairy, coffee, wine, edible oil, water and other industries.

MAIN FEATURES OF EQUIPMENT

◆Except motor, electrical configuration and soft connection, they are made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel.

◆Compared with the traditional barrel filling machine: 1 -50 l filling products are more convenient and flexible to use, supply to stores or food processing plants, more widely used in 1 -2 L box bag filling drinks.

◆The filling capacity can be set freely in the range of 1-50L, which is suitable for bags with different size and capacity, making the production more flexible;

◆According to different materials have two kinds of metering options: weighing metering or flowmeter metering, accurate metering;

◆The moving joint of material pipeline is protected by steam barrier, and the filling chamber is sterilized by steam, which can keep aseptic state continuously and ensure filling safety;

◆Equipped with condensate water collection device to avoid condensation water dripping phenomenon;

◆The design of the bag-clamping mouth is reasonable, the clamping cover and the pulling cover are accurate, the bag-clamping mouth is not injured, and the equipment runs smoothly;

◆Equipment is divided into single-head and double-head structure, according to the output and filling volume of single bag flexible choice of equipment.
