The characteristics of falling film evaporator are as follows:

 1. The material receives heat evenly, the heat transfer efficiency is high, the evaporation time is short;

 2. The material is distributed evenly in the heating pipes of the evaporator through the distribution device. Under the action of gravity and vacuum induction and airflow, the material flows from top to bottom in the form of a film, in the process of movement, the heating steam is evaporated by heat exchange with the outer wall of the heating pipe

3. Evaporating process in vacuum environment, evaporating temperature is relatively low, evaporator is not easy to scale, it is suitable for evaporating and concentrating foamed material, because the material liquid evaporates in the heating tube in the form of film, that is to form vapor-liquid separation, at the bottom of the effective body, most of the feed liquid is pumped away, only a small part of the feed liquid and all the secondary steam into the separator to strengthen separation, the feed liquid process did not form too big impact, to avoid the formation of foam;

For fruit juice or milk evaporative concentration, the equipment can have the sterilization function at the same time, the material is preheated first, then enters the sterilizer, can reach 90-125 degrees, maintains 30-60 seconds, namely enters the potency, the material flash quickly, the temperature drops instantly;4.jpg

5, the equipment can be equipped with CIP cleaning system, to achieve on-site cleaning, the whole set of equipment is easy to operate, no dead angle 

6, can be equipped with steam jet pump, reduce steam consumption, save running costs;

7. The equipment can be configured with automatic control system, continuous incoming and outgoing materials, with complete configuration, operation, monitoring and control functions, the system includes communication interface, display alarm, print report forms, control and other parts, automatic control of feed quantity, automatic control of heating temperature, automatic control of discharge concentration, automatic control of cleaning.
